Commented Issue: The notifications does not work? [86]

I configured smtp account and clicking Test. There was a green sign. "The email was sent successfully!". I checked the letter actually sent (to itself). But if I add a comment or update the issue, writing does not come to me in the mail.

Maybe I need to change anything else in the web.config?

I am also feeling such problem and i checked all the spam folders and every possible place the mail could go. but mail is not sending in *.gmail.com or *live.com. please give me a suggestion.
