New Post: Grouping projects at the top level

Are there any plans to develop a feature that will allow top level projects to be placed into arbitrary groups, making the main summary page a little easier to maintain for teams with a large number of projects? Looking at the BugNET demo site demonstrates how busy it can get. I know inactive projects can be disabled, but this is not always appropriate.

Somewhat related, it would be great to see custom fields that apply at the project level, as well as the issue level.
