Closed Unassigned: Create issue causes asynchronous error on save [221]

Bugnet v1.6.313.0 I believe this happened with the previous version (v1.6.307 ?) as well.

Create a new issue and then click on the Save button. The issue is saved and the notification email is sent. However, the page then shows the following error:
