Closed Issue: BugNET Pro: Wiki urls are not correct when deployed in a virtual directory [168]

Wiki urls ( in brackets []) are not correct when deployed in a virtual directory and the point to the root domain.
Comments: fixed in latest BugNET Pro release 1.4
