Maybe I'm missing something obvious. If so, sorry. BugNET has extensive email capabilities which is why I'm confused as to why I can't solve this common problem.
I have the system set up to send and receive emails. The system accepts emails from the inbound mailbox and sends notifications when tickets are updated.
However there seems to be no way to just send an email form the system. When an agent receives a ticket from the inbound mail handler, there's no way to reply from the ticket.
Surely I'm missing something.
