New Post: Install Successful cannot login as admin

Hi
After new install and configuration on IIS7 with SQL Server, I received:
-Nothing To Install At This Time
Current Database Version: 1.5.265.0
Current Assembly Version: 1.5.265.0
No Upgrade needed.
Click Here To Access Your BugNET Installation

then Default.aspx display a welcome login with admin / password

I click to go to Login.aspx and enter the credentials. I am then redirected back to
"Default.aspx display a welcome login with admin / password"

-Tried in different browsers to no avail.
-Network Service has full control of app_data folder

Any Suggestions? , thanks
