New Post: How to configure BugNet to semd mail notification to other mail domain

Hello,

I have a problem. i just configured pop3 mailbox and smtp of the latest solution BugNET 1.5.258.0 and the problem is

if any new issue occure noreply@site.com sends mail, and users will receive a letter having id like admin@site.com,mike@site.com, etc. But users who have mail **************@gmail.com or **************@live.com not receive the emails! give me some suggestion please

i checked all spam folders and every possible places where the mails could go
