Commented Issue: Not possible to create categories tree for project [70]

I am testing version 1.1.213.0 and on IE9 and FF 16.0.2 I can't create categories tree. JS tree is still loading and if I add category, it is not created. So the project wizard can't be finished. The same situation I have also if I am trying to create tree in project settings...
Comments: I"m getting the same issue in both Chrome and IE. When I load a page with category information the jsTree script never stops loading. This makes it so I can not create or edit a category. Please advice.
