Created Unassigned: Version 1.4: form layout formatting [118]

I just upgraded from 1.3 to 1.4 and that went very smoothly, thanks.

I set the new "defaults" up and then selected "new issue" to test them... the formatting of that screen on my browser (Chrome) is screwed up - the labels and input fields are all in a single column down the left hand side.

I rolled up my sleeves to fix the CSS, but the fix was simply to turn off the redundant div.votebox with display:none, so it's an easy one-liner.

I'm not sure if anyone else has seen that problem, but there it is.
