Translate / Localization

If you are unfamiliar please review the Microsoft How To: Create Resource Files for ASP.NET Web Sites

The easiest way to contribute is to create a fork of BugNET, copy all the resx files to new ones with the new localization culture (ex. es-ES for Spanish) in the file name and translate each string inside.
