I am trying to install BugTracker in a shared hosting environment. I created a subdomain and created a Microsoft SQL Server database. I modified the web.config to add in the connection string. I uploaded the web install version to the server. I also manually created a Config folder and gave permissions to that folder.
I cannot, at least easily, give permissions to the entire folder, as Plesk does not allow me to modify permissions to the domain/subdomain root folder, just the sub-directories inside the sub-domain.
I now receive "This page can't be displayed" error message.
What gives?
