After upgrading from 1.5.x I have a 404 error retrieving bundles (either css and js). What can be?

Comments: Hi, I am not a developer. I have installed fresh bugnet 1.6.339. But the webpage is not opening. 404 error is coming..The first login page is coming. Image is not coming. When I click home or anything else error 404 is coming. I have configured everything correctly.
