New Post: Incorrect permission given after changing the Manager of the Project

If the original Manager of the Project was replaced, BugNET will not give the proper permission for the new Manager.
Access Denied will be displayed if the New Manager will Edit the Project.

Note:
The error will only occur when the Project was created pre-Windows Authentication Mode.

Create a Project using Forms Authentication. Switch to Windows Authentication and change the Manager of the Project created in Form Authentication, the new Manager has no rights to edit the Project.

There is no issue when the Project was created under the Windows Authentication Mode.
