Created Issue: Executing Script: 0.8.140.0.SqlDataProvider.sql Error! upgrading from V 0.7.881.0 to 1.2.231.0 [90]

If I go to the home page I get "Could not find stored procedure 'BugNet_HostSetting_GetHostSettings'."

When running the upgrade I get the below error
