New Post: Setting visible option for screens other than 'new issue'

I was hoping that a future version would allow us to indicate if fields should be visible for the issue update screen. For example, we have no need for the 'milestone' field and would like it to never be visible. If this can be done by some setting in a database table, or deleting a value from a database table, that works too.
