Commented Unassigned: Display is not proper on IE browser. [233]

I deployed bugnet on my local IIS , when I am running the application using localhost in the URL it is displaying properly in IE browser, but when I am using IP address in place of localhost the application is not being displayed properly IE browser.

Comments: IE might be running in compatibility mode if you are using an IP address.
