Commented Issue: The notifications does not work? [86]

I configured smtp account and clicking Test. There was a green sign. "The email was sent successfully!". I checked the letter actually sent (to itself). But if I add a comment or update the issue, writing does not come to me in the mail.<br /><br />Maybe I need to change anything else in the web.config?<br /><br />BugNET 1.2.231.0
Comments: I know ... I have three user. After a long time of testing I realized the problem. BugNet sends letters only in the same mail domain. For example if the mail which is sending noreply@site.com, users will receive a letter in which mail admin@site.com, mike@site.com, etc. But users who have mail *@gmail.com or *@hotmail.com not receive the emails!
