The software generated the following error when we save task

​System.InvalidOperationException: An asynchronous module or handler completed while an asynchronous operation was still pending​

Any idea?
Comments: I'm having the same problem with my instance (hosted on Azure Websites) and updated to the latest version of BugNet (1.6.313.0)....
