Closed Issue: Unauthorize user still receives notifications [170]

When a user is unauthorized, they should be removed from receiving all notifications. Either at project level or issue level.

To reproduce:
Add a user to project notifications in a project setup.
Unauthorize this user.
They disappear from the notifications list in the project setup.
They keep on receiving notifications. You have to authorize them, removed from the project notification list and then unauthorized again in order to fix this.
