Closed Issue: Links to issues in Changelog/Roadmap incorrect [223]

Using BugNET 1.6.313.0 in the changelog and roadmap list of issues, the hyperlinks seem to be incorrect.

Here is what I get:

http://example.org/Projects/Issues/IssueDetail.aspx?id=121

Here is what it should be:

http://example.org/Issues/IssueDetail.aspx?id=121

_Note the extraneous /Projects/ in the url_
