Edited Issue: Emails sent to disabled accounts [218]

This problem has been around for sometime, I just didn't feel like reporting it to now. Using 1.4.256.0. We had a few employees leave, and so we disabled their bugnet account then deleted their email address. Now I'm getting emails from our email server "Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists... <insert old employee emails>"

At one point I tried to remove them from all email updates from the tables, but when someone made a new issue their name got put back as they were probably subscribed to the project. Can disabled accounts not be emailed please?
