In BugNet 1.6, I get a server error when attempting to upload an attachment to an issue that already has an attachment; In this case, the attachment is a css file <7kb.
This was happening before updating BugNET.BLL.dll (RE: https://bugnet.codeplex.com/workitem/209), and still the problem persists.
Log-Viewer reports the following exception:
System.Web.HttpUnhandledException (0x80004005): Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Comments: I get the same application error with 1.6.313.0. It even has the hotfix for the email problem. The Issue was an existing one, and had no attachments. Uploaded a small png file, and got the same error. Server Error in '/bugnet' Application. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
