Closed Unassigned: Can`t install BugNET-1.5.265 [200]

I did all steps that was in the installation instruction except last one

> Browse to the website using http://localhost/BugNet/Install/Install.aspx. The installation process will now start.


When i'm trying to do this step i'm receiving next error
