Followed the upgrade instructions, replaced all files in the directory. When accessing the website afterward the following error occurs:
"Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Web.Infrastructure, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
It seems there is a DLL missing from the install package or that there is a dependency that wasn't specified. Serves is running .Net 4.5 and Server 2012 R2.
Please urgently advise, our bugnet site is now offline.
