I installed the system in my organization and I try to make adjustment towards the beginning of work
I have two issues I want to find out:
The first issue is how do I invite new users I have created to start using the system?
The second issue is how do I make adjustments to the system?

Comments: This is more of a discussion topic than an issue but to allow users to register on the system go into the application configuration, set user registration to public (all users can register) or verified (recommended so that users are sent an email to confirm their email address). Depends on the adjustments, all the configuration is found if you are a administrator (admin user by default) in the application configuration and project settings page.
