Commented Issue: Cannot add users to a project [182]

I've created a project and went through the entire project setup wizard. At the add users/manage users screen, I'm unable to add users.

When I select a username and then click the right arrow button, the user will appear at the right listview, however, when selecting another user, that previous user that showed in the listview disappears and shows the next one. If I navigate from the manage members screen (localhost/Administration/Projects/EditProject.aspx?pid=2) and come back to it only the username "Administrator" appears.

I've gone into the database and queried the BugNet_UserProjects table and it appears that all of the BugNet users have an association with that particular project ID.

I had installed version 1.4.256 and figured it may have just been a bug. I had then upgraded to the latest version and to no avail, I'm still left with the same issue. I'm using the latest version of BugNet - 1.5.265.0. I'm running IIS7 and the DB is on SQL Server 2008 R2.

Now my question is, does anyone else have this issue? What should I try in order to fix this?
